Salary stratification chart

A contest campaign is not one poster, it is thirty posts released over weeks. The system has to hold: one grid, one type hierarchy, a fixed blue and acid green palette, cut-out portraits on a dotted ground. Somebody who sees the fourth post should recognise it from the first.

The scenario cards are the harder half. Each one sets up a sales situation, a deal worth 150.000 euro, an invisible obstacle, a buying committee, and has to stay readable on a phone while carrying more copy than a post should. Type scale does the work that illustration usually would.

The salary benchmark is a different brief inside the same year: an anonymous survey of 234 people turned into a readable report. Distributions and comparisons have to land at a glance, for readers who came for the number and not for the design.
